Nursing Faculty - Professor - Part-Time at University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is recruiting a non-tenure track Professor who would serve as an investigator on a grant that will examine how to improve identification of and the care coordination of veterans with mental health problems.

Duties would include:

• Ensuring the research protocol is scientifically sound

• Oversee all research activities and tasks

• Review and interpret research data and outcomes

• Dissemination of research findings (e.g., manuscripts, abstracts)

Minimum Qualifications:

A) An earned doctorate in nursing or related field.

B) Evidence of sustained scholarly productivity as indicated by publications, grants, or any other validating material.

C) Expertise recognized at the national/international level and has sustained knowledge and reputation in an area of specialty.

D) Demonstrated sustained commitment to community services related in professional expertise.

Desired Qualifications: Experience in research, topics related to mental health, grant writing, and manuscript and abstract writing.
