The University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing is seeking qualified applicants for full-time, non-tenure stream Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Health and Community Systems.

Qualifications for these non-tenure-stream stream visiting research faculty positions include:

§ An earned doctorate in Nursing or a related field.

§ A current license or certification as an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) or eligibility to sit for the AGPCNP board exam.

§ Demonstrated potential for research and scholarly productivity.

§ Teaching experience in higher education.

Minimum Qualifications:

Assistant Professor – A) An earned doctorate in nursing or a field related. B) Evidence of, or potential for, a sustained and impactful program of research/scholarly work. C) Evidence of, or potential for excellence in teaching and mentoring, and contributing to a learning environment that values inclusivity.
