Description:


Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of public health education and mental health program evaluation. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.


Teaching responsibilities may include teaching on the public health approach to behavioral health; supervising psychology trainees; advise public health students completing their fieldwork and capstone projects that focuses on behavioral health and trauma.


Clinical responsibilities may include providing diagnostic evaluations and psychotherapy with children and adolescents experiencing internalizing mood disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders.
