Position Overview
The Division of Health Services Management and Policy (HSMP) is accepting applications for a part-time Lecturer to teach one health services management and policy course for the Spring 2025 semester.
The course, "PUBHHMP 7632: Strategic Change for Public Health and Population Health Management," will provide foundations in the theories, concepts, and methods of strategic planning and the management of organizational change as applied to public health and population health management endeavors. This course is taught in person.
Duties include but are not limited to: preparing lecture materials; holding office hours; grading assignments and submitting grades; may participate in curriculum development and course coordination.

The Division
The Division of Health Services Management and Policy's Master of Health Administration (MHA) program is 8th nationally in the latest ranking of graduate programs published by U.S. News & World Report. The HSMP Division is responsible for curricula leading to MHA and PhD degrees. The College of Public Health has established undergraduate majors and minors in public health. Our multidisciplinary faculty is known for their excellence in teaching and their significant research accomplishments. The College
The College of Public Health is Ohio's first accredited college of public health. First established in 1995 as part of the College of Medicine, the University Board of Trustees created the College of Public Health in 2007. In 2025, U.S. News & World Report ranked Ohio State's College of Public Health graduate program 29th of all Schools of Public Health.
