Responsibilities

ADMINISTRATION: Maintain accurate records, files, reports, etc.; frequently produce reports and correspondence that are effective, appropriate for the audience, and grammatically and technically accurate; protect confidentiality of all relevant information; effectively handle vendors, team members, clients and guests on the phone; effectively use computer systems and software to analyze information, produce reports and correspondence.

Qualifications
A sharp eye for accounts payable and an eagerness to learn new software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with bonus points for M3 Accounting Core experience
Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize and problem solve, with multi-tasking in a fast paced environment being a must
Stellar communication skills, ready to collaborate across all levels of the organization
A knack for handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and situations without a loss of effectiveness
An independent spirit, driven by motivation to innovate and streamline our processes
Two to five years related experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a consistently positive, cheerful, helpful attitude and demeanor
Preference for candidates with experience in centralized payment teams responsible for multiple entities
High volume AP experience is a plus.
