Quality Lead at Menasha Packaging in Fontana, California

Job Description:

Leads and Represents the Quality department in a positive and consistent manner

Monitor and complete startup inspection of sample pallet

Thoroughly understand and be able to perform regular Quality Audits in production lines; ensure hourly inspection of production lines

Properly complete departmental documentation and data

Assist in training the Quality Team in their functions

Lead the Quality Department personnel and processes, ensure and manage proper distribution of workload for Quality Team, and ensure quality auditors are assigned to the productions lines

Follow, train, and enforce company processes and procedures

Assist the Quality Manager in any capacity necessary

Assist with auditing job work packets for accuracy prior to releasing them to production to proceed Participate in and/or facilitate internal/external audits

Assist in conducting root cause analysis investigations for nonconforming processes or product Responsible for following and complying with Company GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintaining quality work and product

Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors

The anticipated hourly range for the position is $17.00 - $27.00, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a success share bonus and benefits package.
