Job Description:

Job Title: Complex Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury/Mass Tort


Location: Downtown San Diego


Compensation: $165,000 - $250,000 (based on experience)


Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote; strong preference for on-site)


Nationally recognized Personal Injury Mass Tort Law Firm in Downtown San Diego is seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Attorney to join an expanding team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated advocate with a strong work ethic. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact cases involving victims of sexual assault, abuse, and injuries from defective medical devices and consumer products.


Duties:


  • Oversee and manage a caseload of complex personal injury and mass tort cases from intake to resolution.

  • Provide comprehensive legal guidance to clients

  • Propound and respond to discovery, assist with Plaintiff Fact Sheets,

  • Conduct Legal research

  • Actively participate in case review meetings, offering insights and contributing to the strategic direction of each case.

  • Take and defend depositions

Qualifications:


  • 4 to 15 years of litigation experience, with a proven track record in personal injury or mass tort cases.

  • Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • CA Barred and in good standing
