Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have experience in the HVAC industry, we want to hear from you!


Schedule:



  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Monthly Saturday rotation, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • On-Call Rotation (once a month):

    • Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    • Saturday, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM



  • Sunday, 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM

    • On-call coverage includes a $150 stipend plus additional pay for minutes worked. Overtime (over 40 hours) is paid at time-and-a-half.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Schedule repair and maintenance appointments.

  • Renew customer memberships.

  • Utilize Service Titan software for scheduling and record-keeping.

  • Support growth opportunities within the role.

Dress Code:



  • Casual attire-jeans and sneakers are acceptable.
