Job Summary:



As a Project Manager for Evergreen Roadworks, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimating, planning, implementation, project costing and tracking of multiple projects related to pavement preservation and heavy highway construction with specific deliverables. You will work closely with the various levels of leaderships and team members throughout Evergreen Roadworks to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, while adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.



Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project estimates, plans, specifications, schedules, costs, and budgets.


• Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring compliance.


• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.


• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.


• Ensure project costs are accurately accounted for, complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


• At least 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry preferred.


• Experience managing asphalt preservation and heavy highway construction projects a plus.


• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, i.e. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.


• Experience and proficiency in Viewpoint, Heavy Job, and Heavy Bid systems.
