Job Description:

CooperVision (CVI) is recruiting a Principal Engineer, Infrastructure Projects.  As a member of CVI’s Puerto Rico Manufacturing Operations, the Principal Engineer, directs, coordinates, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility.  Monitors capital/infrastructure budgets to ensure project expenditures remain within the scope of work. Provides technical support and manages all aspects of projects. Oversees consultants, contractors and staff performing capital/infrastructure construction work. Prepares construction specifications, bid documents, contracts, and change orders. Conducts field inspections to collect data, verify existing/actual conditions, and monitor conformance with plans/specifications.   Position is works onsite full time and is based in our Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico campus.
