Location: Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office) metro-Milwaukee
Opportunity
This position will support the business units and corporate groups within Rehlko through process improvement, report standardization & automation, and value add analytics.
Specific Responsibilities
Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial reporting and analysis.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data reporting.
Lead or support projects aimed at improving financial planning and reporting processes.
Collaborates with finances and business teams to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
5+ years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably within the manufacturing industry or related. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting aggressive deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.

The salary range for this position is $79,500 - $100,450. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
