Applications Lab, Intern at MaxCyte Inc in Rockville, Maryland

Job Description:

Under the supervision of lab staff, interns will have the opportunity to learn wet lab skills, including basic cell culture, molecular biology techniques and lab etiquette.

• Interns will work in the applications lab alongside a scientist to assist in conducting experiments and research projects.
• Help to prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, collect, record, and analyze data accurately and support the organization and cleaning of the lab workspace.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for ongoing projects, as well as assist with literature reviews and data compilation.

Duration of Internship: Summer 2025 - 6 to 12 weeks

Schedule: Full time up to 40 hours a week, during normal business hours

Location: Onsite at MaxCyte's headquarters located in Rockville MD

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors level degree (before and after the internship) in a Science related field at an accredited University in the US.
