Our client in healthcare, located in Jupiter FL, has partnered with enVision to identify a Director OR Manager level candidate in Financial Planning & Analysis reporting to the CFO.
Salary will range depending on the experience of the candidate. $120-145k plus bonus. This is a hybrid role (2 days remote/3 days in office).

Objective of this position: The Manager or Director of FP&A will be key in optimizing excellence in operational processes through data-driven insights and financial analysis by combining financial acumen with a deep understanding of operational processes and a focus on continuous improvement.
This person will focus on assisting the organization to achieve strategic objectives while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and manage the annual budget process, including collecting data, consolidating inputs, and preparing budget reports.
Develop and maintain detailed financial plans and projections for future periods.
Create financial forecasts to predict future revenues, expenses, and capital needs, including revising forecasts based on actual performance and changes in the business environment.
Close collaboration with Operations, Finance, Clinical, and IT, to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Compliance and Risk Management.
Supervise staff and provide coaching, training, and performance development, as needed
Establish team, departmental and company metrics, KPIs and goals and hold the team accountable for results.
