Program Manager Contractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling Keynote presentations and will have a strong background in new product introduction (NPI). This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Keynote Presentation Creation:
Design and develop high-quality Keynote presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Translate complex information into clear, visually appealing, and engaging presentations.
Collaborate with team members to gather content and ensure consistency in messaging.
New Product Introduction (NPI):
Oversee the introduction of new products, ensuring all aspects of the launch are meticulously planned and executed.
Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a smooth and successful product launch.
Monitor and report on the progress of NPI projects, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in program management.
Develop and maintain documentation related to project management processes and tools.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
Exceptional skills in creating Keynote presentations.
Strong background in new product introduction (NPI) is highly desirable.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Knowledge of product development lifecycle.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate. W2 only, no 3rd parties.
