SCOPE OF POSITION
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, will perform customer service activity to service end consumer's needs and requirements.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction via telephone and email. Handle inbound contacts from existing and potential customers for all business sales channels. Maintain optimum level of performance while consistently incorporating the Lenox highest quality of standards. Support the Customer Service process and maintain a high degree of professionalism when communicating with the end consumer as well as the Lenox team. Work flex scheduled hours Monday through Friday, weekends, holidays, and some work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform customer service functions while maintaining expected levels of performance in the areas of productivity, quality, professionalism, and dependability. Functions to include processing of orders, replying to emails, address and privacy changes, problem resolution, providing order updates about delivery, order status, billing and returns.
Communicate customer trends, issues and feedback to supervisor and other appropriate individuals.
Provide accurate record keeping, paperwork and system processing.
With the assistance from management team will maintain the highest level of systems, product, and sales knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned
MUST REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience in an Inbound Call Center environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, including grammar, voice, and diction.
Strong listening skills.
Demonstrated excellence in dependability.
Demonstrated ability to meet the current standards for talk time, after call work, calls/hr, occupancy and quality.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced work environment.
