Job Description:

Mayzon is a leading supplier of bathroom and household products such as shower curtains and rods, slipcovers, medicine cabinets and more. Our products are offered in most major retail stores in the United States and Canada.

Mayzon is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. Mayzon is a well-established company with offices in New York City, Montreal and New Castle, Delaware. This position will be based out of our Delaware Office.

Description

The Customer Service Representative should be able to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing. Having patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills is also necessary. Provide customer service through phone, email, regular mail, social media, and retailer websites. Interact and manage customer inquiries using Zendesk (CRM).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and trends

Ensure that all consumer data, including complaints, feedback, and other relevant information, is accurately recorded

Provide product pricing, shipping information and general product assembly guidance

Judges when specific issues require additional assistance or should be elevated to supervisor; promptly informs supervisor of consumer complaints or claims for resolution

Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to handling customer calls and possess a positive customer service attitude

Provide information to consumers in response to inquiries about product by phone or email

Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Work well with others, focused on attaining our departmental and company-wide goals

Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Process all part/product replacement orders by providing accurate, valid and complete information

Reprocess and follow-up on orders shipped with no movement

Coordinates with shipping department on order status and tracking information of shipments

Interact with UPS/FedEx by phone or email to resolve shipping issues

Operate online Merchant Center to process credit card payments/refunds

Ability to operate Zendesk (CRM), MS Office Access, Word, Excel and Outlook; AS400/JD Edwards System

Experience and Education
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in office setting or call center (B2B or B2C) required.
