We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time, Secretary to work in the Christian Health Gracepoint partial hospital program. The Secretary will perform receptionist duties and administrative support to the clinical team and overall program, contributing to an organized workflow and a supportive, inviting environment for our consumers. Demonstrates an understanding of and embraces the mission statement of CH.

Competencies:
  • Perform general clerical duties to support the program director and clinical staff.
  • Process referrals, coordinate intakes, including scheduling, pre- appointment paperwork, gathering and verifying patient information and coordinating arrival procedures.
  • Conducts consumer wellness calls as needed.
  • Meets with program director and clinical team daily.
  • Coordinates and attends department meetings and drafts minutes.
  • Data/statistical collection and prepares volume and census reports.
  • Manages outlook calendar and coordinates schedules.
  • Triages all incoming calls and responds to inquiries from prospective consumers, referral sources, families and community partners.
  • Greets consumers and prepares them for the day.
  • Responsible for ordering office supplies and other stock items.
  • Collect and prepare consumer information and verify insurance.
  • Helps to gather quality assurance data.
  • Performs other duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum one year of secretarial experience.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Schedule: Part-time, Monday - Friday 8:30am-12:30pm.

Education: High school diploma required.
