The Microsoft Systems Architect manages the technical solution for software releases, including ensure that development teams have appropriate designs; identifying and managing delivery risks; decomposing complex features and coordinating work across development teams. Considered an expert in web and system development. Acts as a representative of the company and project in customer presentations, technical meetings, and design reviews.
Lead Microsoft architecture design and build to satisfy replication of customer Microsoft architectures.
Provide hands-on Systems Integration and Systems Administration in support of Lab Environment to include Cyber Range activities used for operator training and customer environment simulation.
Work closely with mission operators and developers to provide innovative solutions to difficult problems.
Perform a variety of systems engineering tasks centered on technical problem solving, requirements specification, process development, risk analysis, and solutions design to advance cybersecurity mission success.
Assist with identifying requirements and designing future iterations the primary analytic systems.
Identify new and existing products, technologies, and/or architectures to solve design, development, and operational problems.
Develop automation solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 9-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience. An Associate's degree plus 11-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 13-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position. Degree must be in either professional Engineering, or Physics or Astronomy from an accredited college or a relevant professional technical field (e.g. chemistry, architecture, computer science, mathematics, hydrology, geology).
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph security clearance.
