We are seeking a Salesforce Project Manager with 6+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in delivering Salesforce solutions to our private sector clients. The ideal candidate has experience in managing Salesforce projects and programs, managing a team, and acting as a client counterpart. YOU DO: ????
  • Manage Salesforce projects to provide on-time, high-quality work to our customers
  • Forecast project time, utilization, and revenue accurately and on time
  • Manage and escalate risks, issues, and mitigation actions to assist in removing project work blockers
  • Manage project financials, scope, and timelines, and prepare client-facing project status reports
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to determine business and functional requirements
  • Accomplish project objectives by breaking down the project into tasks, coordinating with the project team to complete tasks on time, and assign appropriate resources
  • Manage and grow direct reports
  • Use DCS processes, best practices, and assets to ensure work is delivered with quality and consistency
  • Identify new opportunities with existing clients to partner and grow the account
  • Identify and understand each key stakeholder's motivations, expectations, and role in their organization

YOU HAVE: ????
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com
  • 6+ years of systems consulting experience
  • Experience managing Salesforce projects and teams in a remote environment
  • Ability to work within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
  • Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to handle difficult problems
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for team events as needed
