Responsibilities:
As a Director of IT, you will manage a team of skilled system and network administrators while overseeing the infrastructure that supports both internal office operations and external-facing production environments. Your duties will include:
Oversee the internal office infrastructure, ensuring network, hardware, and software tools are running efficiently and securely.
Manage relationships with external vendors handling DevOps functions, cloud infrastructure, and security monitoring.
Lead IT initiatives to continuously improve the internal systems architecture and ensure the adoption of best practices.
Ensure the security, availability, and performance of internal networks and systems.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide the necessary support and solutions.
Monitor and assess the performance of infrastructure, recommending changes for improvements in efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Drive IT compliance and governance processes, ensuring all systems meet regulatory and security requirements.
Maintain a robust disaster recovery plan and ensure business continuity in the event of a system outage or failure.
Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related concerns and escalations.

Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a Director-level role.
Demonstrated expertise in managing system and network administrators, internal office IT infrastructure, and external vendor relationships.
Proven experience working with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards, tools, and compliance measures.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across departments and with external vendors.
Solid understanding of office productivity tools, hardware management, and troubleshooting.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as A WS, Azure, or GCP is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Coral Springs, FL, at least 3 days per week.
Preferred Experience:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent
