We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage a portfolio of commercial clients and drive new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring retention and growth.
Provide expert advice on commercial policies, including property, liability, workers' compensation, and more.
Conduct policy reviews, recommend coverage options, and handle renewals and endorsements.
Resolve complex client issues and claims efficiently.
Actively pursue new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products to existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance or account management.
Proven success in managing and growing client accounts.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
$75,000 - $85,000 salary with performance-based bonuses.
