Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Onsite in Hillsboro, OR

Pay Rate: $24-$27 per hour (with potential for pay increase upon conversion to permanent hire)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

PLEASE CONSIDER THE HOURS BEFORE APPLYING TO THIS ROLE. THIS SHIFT WILL BE:
  • 12 hour shifts on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and every other Wednesday overnight from 7pm-7am
  • OR 12 hour shifts on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and every other Wednesday overnight from 7pm-7am

Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Hillsboro, OR. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Our client has continued rapid growth and are adding headcount to their team because of this.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Attend meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Support domestic and international shipments, including communication with vendors and inputting purchase orders.
  • Create quotes, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using SAP is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
