Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Hillsboro, OR. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Our client has continued rapid growth and are adding headcount to their team because of this.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Attend meetings, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Maintain and organize office files and records.
Support domestic and international shipments, including communication with vendors and inputting purchase orders.
Create quotes, invoices, and expense reports.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, project coordinator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience using SAP is a plus, but not a requirement.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
