Chief of Staff Role:
The Chief of Staff will assist the CEO in the development and execution of strategic initiatives while providing support s but you will also be working in a highly visible capacity as well as serve as the first point of contact to department heads, executives, investors, financiers and owners.
Monitor the progress of strategic projects and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and manage the execution of day-to-day operations.
Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
Prepare and present reports, briefings, and presentations to the executive team and board of directors.
Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing events as well as ensure the executive arrives to call meetings in a timely.
Prepare and review executive correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle all travel arrangements as well as keep the executive abreast of any and all changes promptly.
Research draft and update reports as needed.
Working on/assisting with business planning efforts, rhythm of business work, account and business reviews, and many more high impact initiatives across the company.
Organizing/coordinating all Board Meetings, Customer Meetings, Investor Meetings and Leadership Meetings.
Interact with staff at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, positive, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
Take initiative to add value in all areas of the business.
Chief of Staff Background Profile:
Requires Bachelor's degree
10 years of recent and related experience supporting C-Level executives.
Expert with MS Office applications - Including PowerPoint.
Highly organized. Type A organizational skills.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations where limited information exists.
Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
Must be a critical thinker and exercise independent judgment.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers or employees.
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and produce quality work on time.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and procedure manuals.
Capability to work in an efficient and professional manner with limited supervision.
