What you'll do: • Report directly to Superintendent over your project • Knowledge of plans and specs • Assist Superintendent with project responsibilities • Project start up and mobilization • Drafting RFI's • Posting of all drawings • As-Built • Scheduling • Organize & direct Subcontractors • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Quality Control • Organize files, plans & shop drawings • Oversee punch list completion • Follows and enforces all safety guidelines to ensure a safe jobsite • Assist Superintendent with daily reports • Assist in O.A.C. Meetings • Other tasks as assigned

Must Haves: • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction working for a general contractor on ground up mixed-commercial projects $10M+, good tenure
What We Offer: • Base Range: 60-100K • Auto: 600 monthly • Bonus: 5% of base • Christmas Pay: 1 weeks grossed up check (provided at Christmas party) • 401K: 7% (3% Safe Harbor, 4% matching contributions) • Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, life + additional voluntary life available • PTO: 15 Days • Paid Holidays: 10 Days
