Key Responsibilities will include:
Provide helpful and professional service and insurance needs to Account Managers and clients
Process binder requests, endorsements, policies, etc.
Verify critical information for file documentation: premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, forms, etc.
Give excellent customer service via phone and email
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Qualifications Needed to Thrive:
P&C license preferred or must be willing to obtain
1+ years of Commercial Lines Account Assistant experience at a retail brokerage
Knowledge of AMS360 a plus
In-depth knowledge of various insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
