Support ADC / PM Unit project team evaluation scheduling. Work with all new project team's as well as the scheduling staff throughout NA and Japan.
Make connections and work closely with our internal business partners to ensure we are providing high quality project evaluation/event scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Support the scheduling Team in preparation, issuance, and management of all new model evaluation meeting notices.
Independently manage the evaluation results signature process as well as ensuring appropriate documents are retained appropriately for historical purpose/reference.
Work cohesively with all the new model project team's.
Propose communication solutions as scheduling conflicts arise.
Understand customer needs and continuously suggest changes to PDCA and enhance services provided.
Actively participate in team meetings and support back-up of team events.
Re-prioritize work schedule based on in-coming project deadlines and never hesitate to ask questions.
Provide support in other areas of the PM Unit as resource needs arise (i.e. the vehicle logistics group).

Excellent Communicator: Support all new model development teams in their evaluation/event setting.
Attention to detail: Required as information provided will go to the company's top executive staff as well as the new model teams.
Should be a doer and respond quickly and effectively; excellent customer service is a priority.
Self-motivated, creative, and detail oriented with ability to work with: Microsoft platform, SharePoint, Adobe, Lotus Notes
