Duration: 6-month contract + possibility to convert
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Must-Haves:
1-2 years of experience in a professional customer service role
Exceptional customer service skills with proven ability to deal rationally with customers in difficult situations
Excellent communication skills
Strong PC capabilities
Good organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
Self-starter who is effective in working under limited supervision
Ability to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Plusses:
Bilingual (Spanish, French or Punjabi) a plus but not required
Reasonable mechanical aptitude (specific truck knowledge desirable but not required)
Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing
Experience with SalesForce or other CRM experience desired
Responsibilities:
Research vehicles that are eligible for prognostic services
Contact owners, fleets, and dealer to determine the best course of action
Determine and deploy the appropriate service resources
Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to our customers
Document details of each activity associated with each incident
Communicate effectively with various team members simultaneously to ensure that the appropriate actions are being pursued on behalf of the customer
Provide non-emergency service scheduling for trucks
