This newly created role will be instrumental in establishing a comprehensive training program across multiple locations, aimed at enhancing the skills and leadership capabilities of supervisors and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
Design and develop diverse training programs, including on-the-job and classroom instruction.
Collaborate with leadership to define essential competencies for success.
Implement leadership development initiatives such as workshops and online modules.
Facilitate training sessions for various levels of leadership.
Track and analyze training effectiveness for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support training initiatives.
Partner with external experts to leverage best practices.
Continuously evaluate and innovate training strategies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in training program design and leadership development.
Strong understanding of leadership theories and best practices.
Experience with adult learning models and adapting training methods.
Ability to build relationships across various business areas.
