We're actively adding a Lead Estimator to our Space Coast office with our growing general contracting firm that's expanding our focus in Brevard county.
We've been in business for 40+ years here in FL and have multiple offices across the Central & South FL. Our projects focus on offices, municipal, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, educational, auto dealerships & aerospace.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepare detailed estimates for all design stages: Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
As lead estimator, manages the estimating team in the assembly and submission of bids to clients
Develop bid packages including; front end documents, scopes of work, bid breakdown forms, site logistics, project schedule
Single Project Capacity; $10 - 50 million
Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum of 5 years related experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or Civil Engineering
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam and Timberline estimating required
