Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction and development of data center projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, ensuring timely completion while adhering to high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage electrical projects for data centers from conception to completion.
Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all project activities.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and performance.
Facilitate communication between union workers and management, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
Oversee high voltage transmission and distribution systems installation and maintenance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in electrical construction or data center environments.
Strong understanding of high voltage transmission and distribution systems.
Experience managing unionized workforce and familiarity with IBEW standards and practices.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
