Our Fortune 150 Client is looking to hire a UX Designer to join their team focused on human-centered design. The UX team is responsible for designing the main customer website and other customer facing sites.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop human-centered user experiences by gathering customer needs and creating graphic elements.
Utilize a strong understanding of digital design patterns and UI best practices, and demonstrate proficiency with design tools.
Collaborate with business partners and software engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Represent the functional area in complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, and design graphic user interface elements.
Develop both low and high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes, and create original graphic designs.
Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders, and adjust designs based on user feedback.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, ensuring adherence to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Requirements:
2+ Years of professional UX Design experience
Experience creating storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and high-fidelity UI mockups
Experience working with design software such as Figma
Bachelor's degree in design, IT, or related fields (e.g., UX Design, Graphics Design, Human-Centered Design) (Preferred)
