Key responsibilities
Direct and supervises plant operations for production. Drive accountability of overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Maintain ATP and 3C boards on the flow.
Update the Production tracker with production information.
Manage time and attendance of employees utilizing Kronos.
Corrective and preventative actions Input any near miss/recordable safety incident to Intelex, perform root cause analysis and complete countermeasures.
Input Golden 6 and other daily quality findings in Intelex, follow up and complete countermeasures.
Work with Quality, Maintenance, Supply chain to root cause downtime incidents and ensure correct countermeasure are in place to prevent the cause from reoccurring.
Team Development Work collaboratively with the site training lead to manage the training matrix for all team members.
Assist the site training lead with developing SOPs and training the employees as needed.
Qualifications and skills
EDUCATION
Associates degree or equivalent production management experience required. - Essential Bachelor s degree or higher in engineering, food science business, management or a related discipline. - Desirable.
TECHNICAL
Very proficient with the use of Microsoft office suite. Excellent verbal and written skills. - Essential.
Proficient use of SAP. Proficient use of Kronos. - Desirable.
BEHAVIORAL
Ability to motivate team efforts to accomplish goals. - Essential.
The ability to work with every function at every level within the business. - Desirable.
Compensation Data
The typical hiring range for this role is $62,906 to $92,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
