What will you do?
As an Infrastructure Expert - Network Operations, you will belong to a global team with a mission to secure company's communication needs. The network team is responsible for developing, operating, and enhancing IT infrastructure services: hosting, storage, database, on-prem and cloud network.
Your focus will be to troubleshoot and solve incidents and service requests. You will collaborate with the Service Desk and other Group IT competence teams.
Some of your key responsibilities will be: • To resolve network incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and components • Ensuring efficient and effective ways of working together with the Company's Group IT Service Desk • To operate and maintain reliable, secure, sustainable, and efficient network services • Supporting lifecycle management regarding services, software, and hardware • Designing, planning, and implementing new network services • Encourage the adoption of automation • Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in the role, you should have:
5+ years of experience working with troubleshooting, security awareness, and network operations
3+ years of experience with traffic management: routing, access control, network segmentation
2+ years of experience with Cisco enterprise hardware: wireless, switches, routers
Experience with Fortigate and Cisco firewalls
Strong written and verbal communications skills
You should know the best practices for communicating with stakeholders. You are a team player who is curious by nature and likes to take initiative. You solve problems by having a holistic approach and seeing different perspectives before acting. You should be able to adapt to any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
