Position: PROJECT MANAGER
Project Location: Orlando, FL 32816
Pay range and compensation package $120k- $160k
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
10 Plus Years of construction experience In the role / Preferably in Florida
Ground up projects
Lead project manager
Municipal projects
Government projects
School projects
Commercial projects
$20M Project and up
Efficient with reading blueprints & schematics, management
Proven track record of safety in conjunction with all OSHA requirements and guidelines.
Computer experience with scheduling software, CMIC, and Plan Grid is desirable
Position :PROJECT ENGINEER
Project Location: Kissimmee, FL 34744
Pay Range based on experience: $80K-95K
REQUIREMENTS:
Assist the superintendent with on-site coordination by providing required documentation and following up with subcontractors and on-site staff.
Responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking submittals. Confirm that submittals are created and approved based on the specifications and drawing.
Analyze the schedule and the required installation dates to act as a liaison between the superintendent and the subcontractors and coordinate the delivery date of materials.
Create, review, and process Request for Information (RFI).
Responsible for the safety of all assigned employees and subcontractors by ensuring adherence and compliance with safety policies and protocols. Issue safety violations and complete the weekly inspection report.
Assist the superintendent with the schedule and update the three weeks look ahead.
Attend the OAC and Subcontractor meetings and review, update, and submit the required reports based on minutes and documentation.
Responsible for the close-out process, including managing the punch list, collecting, and organizing all the required documentation, forms, transmittals, manuals, and certifications.
What you'll need:
A Bachelor of Science in construction, engineering, or a related discipline is required.
At least two years of industry experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
