Position Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated operations analyst to join their team in downtown LA. The role provides operations support by assisting in administrative tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supervising vendors relationships. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, preparing governance documents, and collaborating with internal departments to enhance operations.
Responsibilities:
Deliver operational support to the organization by developing and documenting business processes, assisting with administrative tasks and office management, and addressing problems as they arise.
Supervise external service providers in delivering services to organizations, specifically IT support vendors.
Oversee contract management, including renewal discussions, reviewing contract requirements, tracking expirations, maintaining deadlines for deliverables, and detailed review of invoices
Support legal entity management, including preparation of corporate governance documents, regulatory filings and reporting, as well as liaising with regulatory bodies as needed
Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to enable, support, and improve day-to-day business operations and processes with the goal of enhancing operations
Contribute to creation of positive in-office work culture
Qualifications:
3 + Years of professional setting experience required; asset management / real estate / private equity experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Proficient with technology, including computer software, desktop, and advanced MS Office Skills
