Our client, a great Civil Engineering Firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Civil, to join their Madison, WI office. This role involves managing a variety of projects, focusing on client relations, project oversight, and team mentoring!
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary client liaison, managing multiple public and private project accounts.
Oversee project planning, scope, schedules, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Mentor junior engineers on financial management, client services, and project execution.
Maintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring excellent client experience and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage risk through effective strategies and ensure robust risk management practices are in place.
Delegate tasks to project teams, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards in all deliverables.
Prepare detailed proposals and conduct billing and invoicing activities, ensuring prompt payment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Professional Engineering License in Wisconsin is required.
+7 years of experience in project management, preferably in site development or municipal infrastructure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with clients and team members.
