We are looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst for a very well established organization based in Austin Texas. This role will be part of the integral part of the HRIS team, resolving Workday issues, providing tier 1 & 2 technical issues, Working closely with the HR teams to identify gaps within processes and operations of the Workday systems.
The Role:
Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for Workday issues
Configure Workday HCM including Benefits, Payroll, Time and Absence modules
Prepare and deliver Workday Reports, EIB's
Identify gaps in processes
Maintain Workday system including updates and upgrades, end of system auditing.
You will need:
A Degree or relevant certifications
A Minimum of 2 Years Workday experience in a similar position
Experience with HCM, Benefits, payroll, Time and Absence
