The House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of The Pioneer Lodge Hotel. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. The House Manager will oversee daily household activities, coordinate staff, and ensure that the Hotel property environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Duties
Oversee daily household operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Coordinate and manage housekeeper staff, and Maintenance Staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the property.
Provide exceptional customer service to ourguests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Available during the afternoon and night shifts in case guests need assistance. • Assist with personal errands as required, acting as a personal assistant when necessary.
Skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in Hotel cleaning and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Background in customer service to ensure a positive experience for all household members and guests.
Familiarity with hospitality or hotel management principles is advantageous.
Ability to handle guest issues efficiently and professionally
Proficient in using PMS (Property Management System) and computer systems
A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
