We are looking for a highly skilled Product Development Engineer with extensive experience in deploying products, platforms, networks, and solutions. This role requires providing technical oversight for large, complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring cohesive and integrated end-to-end solutions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Technical Oversight and Leadership:
    • Lead and provide technical oversight for end-to-end solutions on large, complex programs involving significant system/software impacts (ranging from ~10 to 50+ systems), device hardware, and network development.
    • Oversee migrations and deployments across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and internationally.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with primary customers/clients (internal or external), systems/vendors integrated with AT&T, and all relevant AT&T systems and stakeholders.
    • Work with local Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and vendors globally to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Program Alignment and Communication:
    • Gain alignment and understanding of the program across all architecture and delivery teams by comprehending and communicating the customer's business and technical needs.
    • Ensure that requirements, architecture, design, and development efforts provide a cohesive and fully integrated end-to-end solution from ideation to operationalization.
  • Solution Integration and Delivery:
    • Facilitate the understanding and integration of complex technical solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and technical requirements.
    • Guide cross-functional teams through the deployment process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in deploying products, platforms, networks, and solutions on large-scale, complex programs.
  • Strong technical expertise in wireless networking, backoffic system software, hardware and cloud
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including internal/external clients, vendors, and local MNOs globally.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical and business requirements clearly and effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment and collaboration across architecture and delivery teams.
  • Ability to oversee the entire lifecycle of a project, from ideation to operationalization, ensuring fully integrated solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Math.
  • Experience: Typically requires 10+ years of experience in a related role.
