We are seeking experienced Program Managers for an upcoming project. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive pay rate (flexible based off experience) and a Monday through Friday schedule, with flexibility in hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and manage execution of contracts.
Facilitate team communication and ensure alignment on project goals and schedules.
Oversee project progress, ensuring compliance with Statements of Work and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Communicate program statuses and priorities clearly to all stakeholders.
Organize and lead coordination and milestone meetings.
Manage Change Order processes and maintain effective relationships with customers.
Coordinate internal and external resources to support project requirements.
Handle modification activities and negotiate revised delivery dates or contract terms as necessary.
Provide leadership to resolve conflicts and develop team-based solutions.

Education & Experience needed:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
6+ years of related experience.
Aerospace background and aircraft interior industry experience required.
