The Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of critical projects across all three U.S. plants. This role requires a highly experienced professional who can effectively coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure the on-time and on-budget completion of projects. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality, to ensure seamless project integration across all plants. With a strong focus on coordination, communication, and completion, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and completion of projects across all three U.S. manufacturing plants.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, materials, and quality departments, to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.
Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring clear and consistent updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with plant managers and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of project deliverables into ongoing plant operations.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
