As we invest significantly in advancing our solutions for the Small Business community around the globe, we seek a Senior Product Manager, Onboarding and Acquisition to join a team high performing teammates responsible for driving the commercial success for a $100M+ portfolio serving small business owners in the U.S.
The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy and execution for acquiring and growing LTV of users in the 'New in Business' and/or 'New to Dun & Bradstreet' stage of the business lifecycle; from guiding growth for top of funnel and progressive user capture, cart conversion, partnering with marketing on personalized nurture experiences, to inspiring the team to create intuitive onboarding to D&B with familiar and simple engagement flows.
Essential Job Functions:
Define, socialize, and acquire cross-functional and leadership support of product vision.
Identify insights and be responsible for the decision-making process, using KPIs and frameworks to evaluate long-term impacts of strategic decisions.
Build processes and frameworks to ensure internal collaboration across teams regarding shared customer drivers and research/data focus.
Explore customer problems, make data-driven decisions and build feedback loops.
Apply storytelling to connect vision, strategy and action plans at the organizational level.
Collaborate with other product, project, and development stakeholders and teams, gather requirements, coordinate dependencies and identify risks and opportunities.
Foster a deep understanding of user journeys and user experience, identify and improve user experience, and drive growth.
Collaborate with UX team to envision and test the customer experience, refining the features, and translating them to scenarios for development automation test cases.
Proactively demonstrate ongoing product innovation, conceive and prototype new product features with UX design teams.
Provide insight into the competitive environment to ensure Dun & Bradstreet's products are best positioned relative to our strategy; Spend time with customers gathering feedback to inform strategy.
Prepare product requirements that address the objectives of the company, competitive outlook, industry direction, resource constraints, timeline, etc.
Lead cross-functional teams with respect to requirements interpretation, product decisions, specification reviews, customer satisfaction issues, and scheduling.
Clearly communicate product development updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with other Product team members and other stakeholders across user personas in the SMB ecosystem to ensure a consistent Go To Market (GTM) approach with a potential end goal of further unification of products to create a more seamless customer experience.
Drive and influence GTM approach across product, technology and marketing via understanding and communicating well-researched market requirements.
Additional Skills Needed:
Interface, mobile and API channel experience is a must
Successful track record of managing solutions through their entire lifecycle with emphasis on bringing new offerings to market.
Able to design innovative features and cohesive solutions from analytics, have an eye for details, and focus on users, results, and business goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Must be able to prioritize work on multiple project teams, with the overall goal of satisfying all deployment needs and effectively meeting business goals.
Analytical mind, always with an eye on business success.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, meeting management skills.
