Job Description:
This role is 100% on site five days.
Manage purchase order entry and acknowledgement
Follow up emails in a timely in a professional manner
Direct customer inquiries and complaints to appropriate contact
Handle multiple tasks and priorities daily
Work with Accounting department to invoice customers
Manage incoming and outgoing calls
Scan & file documents for record retention
Greets visitors in a professional manner
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree preferred

- Computer skills including Microsoft office suite/outlook
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle competing tasks and prioritize
