Responsible for overseeing all aftermarket parts and service operations at the assigned facility, providing leadership to ensure a successful and safe operation.
Essential Functions:
Sales Management:
Achieve Parts and Service Sales targets, focusing on sales, margins, expenses, and net income.
Enhance performance and productivity in parts and service.
Team Leadership:
Direct all branch Parts and Service functions and manage personnel in compliance with company policies.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing elevated issues as needed.
Budget Management:
Maintain the departmental budget, providing corrective action plans as necessary.
Customer Acquisition:
Drive new customer acquisition and growth of the existing customer base through offsite sales calls.
Materials Management:
Oversee investment dollars, customer fill rates, and utilize the Kanban process.
Facility Maintenance:
Ensure the facility is well-maintained and make recommendations for updates.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and health policies.
Additional Duties:
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of managerial experience in a related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.
