The Growth Marketing team for a well known streaming entertainment brand is seeking a Junior Designer with digital production experience to join their team for a long term, full time hours contract opportunity. As a Junior Designer, you will create and develop designs for a variety of digital assets, including rich media displays, marketing landing pages, and lifecycle email campaigns. You'll work independently on assignments and collaborate on group projects when needed. This role is highly production-focused, requiring quick manipulation of key art with meticulous attention to detail. You'll need to pivot design direction based on feedback while pushing your creativity and software skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, pushing the limits of entertainment content and technology.
Hybrid, onsite in NYC
Rate range: $30-34 per hour
Responsibilities:
Support Senior Designers and Designers with digital marketing asset production.
Provide design solutions based on Creative/Art Director feedback.
Design pixel-perfect digital marketing assets.
Stay current with the latest design and digital trends.
Manipulate key art and perform Photoshop compositing.
Iterate and version creative assets for global marketing campaigns.
Organize and name files accurately for team members, vendors, and partners.
Maintain brand design standards at the highest level.
Basic Qualifications:
A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills, message hierarchy, typographic layout, and pixel-perfect Photoshop compositing.
2+ years of experience as a Digital Production Artist or similar role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Sketch, Figma, HTML, or CSS is a plus.
Strong digital production skills in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to excellence with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take direction, and collaborate effectively.
Strong time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with lifestyle or entertainment brands is a plus.
Portfolio required for consideration.
Additional Information:
Onsite Tuesday to Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday.
This is a production-heavy role (90% production, 10% creative).
Primary responsibilities include building digital marketing assets such as CTV placements, partner placements, and social media posts.
