Job Summary:

You will be responsible for enhancing the user experience on FreshDirect's website and app through data-driven analysis. Your role involves managing and improving the e-commerce conversion funnel, using performance data to pinpoint and implement optimization opportunities. You will design, conduct, and analyze data to address business questions, turning insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and refine customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

? Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all e-commerce reporting and insights, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates on conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

? Work closely with marketing, strategy, finance, and product teams to improve user experience, conversion rates, and sales.

? Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track e-commerce and company-wide metrics, as well as product usage.

? Provide strategic advice to stakeholders by breaking down problem statements into quantitative hypotheses and suggesting relevant analyses.

? Understand factors influencing our main metrics and propose A/B testing plans to guide product teams.

What You'll Need

? Deep experience implementing and working with clickstream analytics tools (Google Analytics, BigQuery, Mixpanel, etc.)

? 2-3 years of writing SQL queries with clickstream data.

? Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, report, and present strategies, and make recommendations to business and technical audiences.

? Expert-level Excel capabilities (data manipulation, advanced formulas, pivot tables.)

? Strong dashboarding and data story-telling experience; proficient with data visualization tools such as PowerBI,Tableau, .

? Statistical knowledge and experience with A/B testing concepts, procedures, and reporting.

? Customer-first mindset and extreme attention to detail.

? Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, or technical field. Advanced degree is a plus.

? Ecommerce experience is a plus.
