Experience managing a multi line phone system
Experience manaing a large team (having direct reports)
Experience with hiring/terminations/onboarding/training
Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Post sales contact with customers, sales agreements, agreement processing
Accounting: Billing (AR), AR/collections, banking and payments
Business Admin: depot administration, reporting and compliance, data entry and route sheets, operations support, health and safety
