Job Summary
Provides support to Customer Service and Sales by creating, maintaining and reporting global price lists, discounts, promotions and customer files for sales and other requirements. Captures and converts data into executable functional reports using Oracle software and other related products.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Create and update global price lists, discounts and promotions using v-look, data downloads and verification processes based on quality, finance & compliance procedures
Work with internal and external resources to implement system improvements
Enter and update customer account information, order classifications and item data for accurate order processing. Update sales rep accounts and discounts
Respond in timely manner to all requests by internal customers and support ERP system related issues
Create, modify, and share various reports for customer account management for global sales teams, internal customers and executive leadership team for business targeting and strategies.
Manager and support global annual discount review process, annual price list review and annual Pricing and Price Reduction Work Aid Creation.
Coordinate with marketing, regulatory, finance, and compliance teams to ensure portfolio pricing aligns with necessary margins and has necessary approvals and documentation.
Support sales team with customer specific pricing strategies including strategies based on contracts and agreements.
Archive all requests and approvals based on Compliance retention guidelines. Provide audit documents upon request.
Performs all other related duties as required.

Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., knowledge, skills, and abilities)
Must have understanding of business processes related to Customer Service and Sales.
Ability to interact with co-workers and communicate effectively both verbally and electronically.
Must have intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Thorough understanding of Oracle System and Customer Service user requirements.
Education/Experience Requirements
HS Diploma plus three (3) years related experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel business application knowledge
Strong individual work ethic and ability to work with team to complete goals
