Job Description:
The Special Assistant to the CEO will support the CEO by managing day-to-day operations, providing administrative support, and overseeing strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to work with government and military officials.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, including international and domestic travel arrangements.
Draft emails, proposals, presentations, and reports for the CEO.
Coordinate meetings and provide relevant updates on behalf of the CEO.
Assist with special projects, conducting research and supporting planning efforts.
Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience as an assistant or scheduler, preferably with Capitol Hill or government/military experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in foreign relations, international development, or related field preferred.
Highly organized, mission-driven, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
