Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. You will be a senior member of a four-person administrative group focused on teamwork, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong judgment, excellent time management skills, and the desire to contribute meaningfully to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and personal administrative supp
Manage calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
Plan business travel and handle expense reimbursements
Assist with personal administrative tasks, such as booking personal travel and sourcing vendors for personal events
Organize company events, including firm-wide offsites
Support internal teams by taking ownership of compliance, accounting, and investment team tasks
Collaborate on ad-hoc administrative projects
Shared office management and administrative duties
Manage office, travel, and event vendors
Welcome guests and prepare for internal meetings
Order and stock office and kitchen supplies
Provide back-up support to the administrative team and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
